On 1 December 1842, Susan Maccordock was Baptized in the Clooncare Church of Ireland parish, County Leitrim, Church of Ireland. Father John Maccordock and mother Jane (maiden name not recorded), address Cashlevile. [Church of Ireland, Church Baptism Records.]

On 14 April 1875, a child was born at 312 Durham Street in Baltimore City, Maryland. The child was the 2nd or 3rd of the mother’s (the certificate was filmed out of focus), was male and white. The mother was Susan McCordock, whose maiden name was also McCordock, born in Ireland. The father was William McCordock, a porter, born in Ireland. The medical attendant was Mary A. On 31 July 1914, Susan McCordick died at her residence, 140 N. Washington Street in Baltimore City, Maryland. She was female, white, widowed. Day and month of birth unknown, but year given as 1852. Occupation housewife. Born in Ireland, both parents born in Ireland but their names unknown. Information provided by Joseph McCordick of 140 N. Washington Street. Cause of death was lubar[?] pneumonia. Attended by physician from 28 July to 31 July, last seen alive by physician on 31 July. Duration of last sickness was 5 days. Intered at Baltimore Cemetery on 3 August 1914. [Baltimore City, Maryland, Certificate of Death C77579.]
