On 12 November 1866 a case was in court between Winter M. Dunn, trustee for Milcey A. Dunn and her children, plaintiff, against Milcey Ann Dunn, Winter M. Dunn, Selden Dunn and Margaret H. Dunn, the last 2 under 21, children of Tazewell Dunn. [That is not entirely clear to me.] The case is regarding the division of the estate of Richard D. Dunn. Milcey Dunn was deceased as of 16 November 1869 as the case continued. [Essex County, Virginia, Order Chancery Book 2, 1852–1873, pages 363, 366, and 501.]
On 18 October 1869, Muscoe R Dunn, Peter T. Campbell and Selden T. Dunn were bound $500 for Muscoe R Dunn’s administration of the estate of Marinda A Dunn. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 29, pages 66–67.]
On 15 August 1870, Henry W. Daingerfield and Selden T. Dunn were bound $2,500 for Henry W. Daingerfield’s administration of the personal estate of Winter M. Dunn. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 29, pages 119–120.]
On 19 December 1871, William C. Latane and Selden T. Dunn were bound $500 for William C. Latane’s administration de bonis non of the personal estate of Winter M. Dunn. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 29, page 223.]
