“This writing purporting to be the last Will of Micajah Munday decd dated the 14th day of November 1831 was produced in Court by Francis Munday, Thomas Munday, Richard Motley and Benjamin H Munday and Sally his wife in order to be proved — Whereupon and on hearing as well the said Francis Munday, Thomas Munday, Richard Motley and Benjamin H Munday and Sally his wife by their Attorney as Ann Jones who is a niece of the said Micajah Munday decd Molley Allen, Thomas Allen and Lucy Allen who was Lucy Munday and Lewis Munday children of Thomas Munday who was a brother of said Micajah Munday decd — Thomas Allen Sr also in his own right son of Betty Allen which said Betty Allen before her marriage with Jeremiah Allen was Betty Munday a sister of said Micajah Munday”. Accounts of the estate of Micajah Munday, deceased, with Benjamin H Munday, curator, for 1832 were ordered recorded on 19 May 1834. On 5 March 1834, legatees agreed that they had received their share of the estate, including Geo Wright as sole legatee of S Boyce decd & as Attorney for Elizabeth Minter, Richd Motley, Thomas Munday, Meriday Munday, Wm Younger, and Francis Munday. Thomas Munday was mentioned in the 23 December 1834 will of his brother Muscoe Munday. Thomas was to receive Muscoe’s land during his lifetime provided he emancipated Muscoe’s boy Felix, and after Thomas’s death the land was to go to Muscoe’s neice Lucy. Thomas was named executor.
