On 15 March 1742/3, a division of the estate of Thomas Jones infant a son of Thomas Jones Late of Essex County Gent was made among the surviving children who are William, a John, and Suca, by Augustine Boughan, Antho Garnett and Henry Motley. On 18 August 1752, Francis Jones of the parish of southfarnham and County of Essex, Planter, and Barbara his wife sold to a John Jones. For £19 current money, 66 acres, more or less, in the parish of southfarnham, his part of 200 acres devised by Richd Jones Late of the said County by his last will and testament to be equally divided between Ambrose Jones, Richd Jones and the said Francis Jones.
