In the 1860s, orators and oratrix Napoleon B. Street and Joseph C. Eubank and Lucy J. his wife who was Lucy Street complained to the chancery court. That Napoleon B. Street before 1860 and George W. Street purchased 75 acres. That George W. Street died leaving a last will and testament, leaving widow Lucy J. [I.?] Street who has married Joseph C. Eubank, and one brother William H.
