On 4 February 1789, Thomas Dunn & Jane his wife of the parish of Southfarnham and County of Essex sold to William Dunn brother of the said Thomas. In consideration of the sum of five Shillings, a Tract of Land in the parish & County aforesaid, containing 146 Acres be the Same more or less & bounded by Piscataway Creek and Pages Line, which said Tract of Land was sold by James Edmondson & Elizabeth his wife to Charles Bray deceased, devised by the said Charles Bray by his last will to his son John descended from the said John Bray, at his death to his only son & heir at Law, William Bray, since also deceased & in consequence of his Death without issue, Brother Sister or Father living & intestate became vested by Virtue of the act of assembly regulating Descents in the above mentioned Jane the Mother of the said William in fee Simple.
