On 16 January 1818, Thomas F. Dunn and Eliza his wife of Essex County sold to Vincent Dyke of the same. For 34 pounds 3 shillings, a tract of land in Essex bordering the land of Billington Dunn, Vincent Dyke, and Hoskins’s Creek, containing ten acres, three roods and fifteen perches, it being a part of the land devised to Thomas F.
