On 21 February 1815, Thomas Bohannan, Richard L. Bohannan, Joseph Pollard, Austin Brockenbrough and Edwin Upshaw were bound in the penalty of $30,000 for Thomas Bohannan’s administration with the will annexed of the estate of Joseph Bohannan, deceased.
