On 15 June 1812, Thomas Pitts and Spencer Harrison were bound in the penalty of $2,500 for Thomas Pitts’s administration of the goods, chattels and credits of Richard Green, deceased. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 17, pages 385–386.]
“Sally Green and her children, Thomas P George Green and Mary E Green in account with Thomas Pitts Trustee under the Will and his deceased father Thomas Pitts” for the years 1807 to 1818 was settled on 15 October 1818 by Muscoe Garnett, James M.
