On 27 December 1813 a division of the slaves of the estate of the late Edmund Noel was made “between John Richeson, Robert Sale, & George Turner in right of their wives, and Polly Noel, Juliet Noel, Delilah Noel & Edmund Noel, the children…” by W Fisher, James Hunter, and Wm Noel. “I was under age when the foregoing Division was made — I am now of legal age and do agree to it, and hold myself bound my it — Given under my hand the 21st day of Feby. 1814 Edmund F. On 19 October 1829, legatees of Edmund Noel, deceased — George Turner, Sally Sale, Polly Noel, Julia Noel, and Delilah Noel — acknowledged that they received from Edmund F.
