Be it remembered that Susanna Coleman at her own house in the parish of Southfarnham and County of Essex and during her last illness viz. on Saturday the 13th inst. called on me to take notice that she gave to her son Austin Coleman during his life her negro Woman Jenny and one feather bed, and that she wished the said Woman Jenny & the said bed after the death of her said son to be equally divided among all her children. Given under my hand & seal this 16th day of October 1821

This Will was brought into court by John Lumpkin, and on his motion it was ordered that Philip Coleman, Martin Coleman, and Leonard Burnett and Caty his wife be summoned to appear here on the first day of August Court next, to contest the probat of this Will
At an Intervening court begun and held for Essex County at the courthouse the 17th day of June 1822 — Robert Coleman, Philip Coleman and Martin Coleman sons of Susanna Coleman deceased, appeared in court and declared that they did not intent to contest the probat of this Nuncupative Will of their mother the said Susanna Coleman decd, and it appearing to the Court from satisfactory information, that Leonard Burnett and Caty his wife have declared that they did not intend to contest the same.
