Betsey Mahon was mentioned in the undated will of her grandmother, Catherine Dyke, proved 15 September 1828. To daughter Polly Mahon one negroe girl named Tamson which she has at present in possession, after her death to her three children Caty Hill, Polly Hill, and Betsey Mahon.
