The estate of William Croxton, deceased, in account with Philip Croxton, administrator, from 1814 to 1828 was ordered recorded on 17 November 1828. Division of the remaining estate by Lawrence Muse on 15 September 1828 into equal fifths of $86.11-3/4 each to Richard Croxton, Isaac Croxton’s heirs, James Croxton Senr., Philip Croxton, and Ann Croxton who married James Croxton. Isaac Croxton left two children Harriett & Elizabeth. Harriett married Philip Brooks & is entitled to 1/2 of her Father’s portion & Elizabeth the other half.
