Mrs Catharine Johnson in account with James Dunn from 1826 to 1831 “was settled last December by the request of Capt: James Dunn. Dr. A G D Roy administrator of Cath: Johnson decd. and in the presence of Charles H. Johnson the son of said Cath: Johnson all of whom approbated the foregoing statement and expressed their entire satisfaction, it was also explained to Robert Langham son in law of the aforesaid C. Johnson who expressed his entire satisfaction. Given under my hand this 5th September 1840 — Was: H. Purkins”. Includes purchases at the sale of Ann Dunn; a credit “being your proportion of Sales of property recd from the Est: of Reuben Broocks decd & sold by your request”; “your proportion of sales of the perishable Estate of Ann Dunn decd per admn acct settled & reported”.
