On 8 May 1869, Thomas Moore of the Town of Yonkers and County of Westchester and State of New York and Adelia his wife sold to John Kohlmar of the same. For $1,250, a parcel in the Village of Yonkers Beginning at the Westerly line from the Northerly line of land new or late belonging to Abraham Radcliffe and running thence South Eighty-Seven degrees thirty minutes next Eighty-Six feet more or less to the easterly line of G— Street thence in a South Westerly direction along the Easterly line of said G— Street thirty-one feet more or less to the Northerly line of land of said Radcliffe and thence along the Northerly line of said Radcliffes land North Eighty-Seven degrees and thirty minutes East one hundred feet more or less to the Westerly lines of Spring Street thence along the Westerly line of Spring Street in a Northerly direction twenty-five feet to the place of Beginning, as drawn on a map of the Village of Yonkers in 1864.
