On 19 February 1801, William Dunn and Elizabeth his wife of Southfarnham parish in the County of Essex sold to Curtis Dunn theire Son of parish and County aforesaid. For $4 money of Virginia, a parcel of Land lying & being in the parish and County aforesaid adjoining the Land of John Evans, being part of a tract of Land purchased by John Dunn father of the said William Dunn of John Cheyney. Signed William his + mark Dunn (no signature by Elizabeth). Witnesses: Joseph Tucker, Joshua Boughton, Thomas Mann, Jas. Jones, John Evans. Ordered recorded on 15 June 1801.
