On 18 August 1747, James Fisher and Elizabeth his wife Late Elizabeth Brown only Surviving Child and Daughter of Joseph Brown of Southfarnham Parish in Essex County Deced of the one part sold to the Honourable John Robinson Esqr. of the same parish and County. For £36 current money of Virginia, a parcel of 72 acres more or less, scituate in the parish aforesaid which said land was purchased by the said Joseph Brown of one William Smith by deed bearing date 18 July 1718 and the other deed bearing date the 29 December 1724.
