DAVIS
On February 12, 1977, WILLIAM H. of Armistead Gardens, beloved son of Ida G. (Stevens) Davis, devoted father of Ruth Ann Hoffman and Harry Grayson Davis. Also surviving are several grandchildren, dear brother of Virginia E. Smit, Arlene Grace Der and Joseph H. Davis. ¶Funeral services from the DUDA-RUCK FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, INC., 7922 Wise avenue on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call Monday and Tuesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
His headstone gives dates of 22 November 1919-February 12 1977 and adds that he was a private in the U.S. Army in World War II. He is buried with his parents and a brother.
