She was married at Calvary Methodist Church, Fleet and East Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.

Peacefully, in her sleep, at home on August 16, 2016 DOLORES "DE" CONNOR DAVIS; beloved wife of almost 61 years to Kenneth G. Davis; loving mother of Kenneth G. Davis, Jr. and his wife Lisa and Susan Davis Sledzik and her husband Michael; dear sister of Harry M. Connor, Jr. and the late Mary Jane Steele and Melvin L. Connor; cherished "Grandma" of Greg, Matt, Emma, Carolyn, Ryan, Julia and Cody. Loving Aunt of many nieces and nephews.

De was a Church Home and Hospital registered nurse, and a very caring school nurse for over 25 years, primarily at Pinewood Elementary School. She enjoyed trips to Ocean City with her family, many trips to Europe and many cruises to the Caribbean with husband. She was a huge fan of the Baltimore Colts, Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles. She also loved working in her garden.

The family will receive friends at the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road), Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Sunday, August 21. 2016 from 2-5pm. Funeral Services will be celebrated at the Funeral home on Monday, August 22 , 2016 at 11am.

Interment at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in "De's" memory to Timonium United Methodist Church, 2300 Pot Spring Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093.
