On 15 May 1797, Sally Baughan, Ann A. Boughan and Molly Baughan of the County of Essex and parish of Saint Anne of the one part sold to Augustine Baughan of the Town of Fredericksburg of the other part. For £300 current money of Virginia, an undivided fourth part of a Tract of land belonging to the Estate of Griffing Baughan deceased, which fourth contains Eighty one acres more or less, bounded the lands of Colo. Wm. Waring, Captn. Wm. Waring jr., Richd. Vauter & by the lands belonging to the estate of Thos. Bridgforth decd. Signed Sally Baughan, Anne R. Boughan, Molly Boughan. Witnesses: Rd.
