Then it is my Will & desire that my Estate shall go. & descend. to my beloved. Daughter Elizabeth Brown to her & her heirs. for Ever — & in case my said daughter should Dye without Lawfull. Isue that. then the above Estate. to be Equally divided Between. my. Godson, Major. Boughan & Cornelious Brown to them & their heirs for Ever Except my Land, & my Will is, that my Land after. the death of my daughter. If. no. Issue Lives from her Inherit it. shall go & descend. also. to my Godson Major Boughan to him and his heirs for Ever. It is my desire my daughter Elisabeth Brown. shall be. Gentelely. maintained out. of. my Estate dureing. the time of my wifes remaining a widow & in case. my wife should not. be Countented with. the provision. I have heretofore made. for her in this my Will: & should fly. to what the Law. will allow. her. then tis my Will that. the remainder part. my Estate shall. go. to my daughter, as above said. & then to go. & descend as.
