Peggy Pagett was mentioned in the 23 April 1745 will of her brother John Pagett, who gave her his entire estate and also named her executrix. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 7, pages 329–330.]

On 22 November 1767, Peggy Pagett’s sister Lucy transferred property to a merchant from Middlesex County named James Mills. 130 acres of the land had been bought by Lucy’s husband James Munday from Lucy’s sister, Peggy Paggett. [Essex County, Virginia, Deed Book 30, p. 185.]
