An indenture was made on 20 March 1734. Edmund Pagett, natural lawful son of Ephraim Pagett late of the parish of St. Anns, orphan of 17 years old, places himself with William Beverley for 3 years to apprentice. Signed Edmd Pagett, W Beverley. Witnesses: Benja Winslow, Fras Smith. Recorded 20 March 1734.
On 4 December 1755, an Edmond Pagett cast a vote for Colonel William Daingerfield for burgess of Essex County. [Essex County, Virginia, Deed Book 27, pages 248–252.]
On 22 November 1767, Lucy, widow of James Munday, sold land to James Mills, merchant, that she had received in the death of a brother. This may have been John or Edmond. [Essex County, Virginia, Deed Book 30, p. 185.]
