In an undated petition, oratrices Catharine Games and Pressellar Games complained that Thomas Games their father died in ____ testate leaving sons James and John and four daughters Ann, Elizabeth and your oratrices. That Ann died in ____ intestate. Elizabeth has also died. James’s wife is Nancy. James and Nancy conveyed their share of Thomas Games’s estate to Thomas Pilcher who is now deceased.
