Suckey was mentioned in the will of her father in 1733. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 5, pages 196–197.]

On 21 March 1743/4, Gabriel Jones, Augt Boughan and Francis Attwood were bound £1000 sterling for Gabriel Jones’s guardianship of Suckey Edmondson. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 7, pages 107–108.]

On 18 December 1753, Thomas Wiatt of Spotsilvania County and Suckey his wife sold land to Thomas Edmondson of Essex County, Southfarnham Parish. For £412 current money of Virginia, two tracts of land. The first is on the north side of Piscataway whereon Mr. John Edmondson father of the said Suckey lived, amounting to 210 acres, land that John Edmondson bought of John Meggs in 1733.
