In his will, he gives to John Boughan and Cary Caston, wife of John, 2/3 of his whole estate “provided he will bury me in a decent manner at his own cost.” He gives to Richard Brown and Elizabeth his wife, and appoints John Boughan and Richard Brown his administrators.
