Judith Parr is listed in the 1699 will of her father Phillip Parr. She is called the eldest daughter and received land in Middlesex County. [Essex County, Virginia, Deed Book 10, page 88.]

On 20 April 1725, John Dyke and Judith his wife of the parish of Southfarnham & William Bowler & Anne his wife of the parish of St. Anns and all of the County of Essex sold to Ann Stephens of the parish of So farnham within the County of Essex. For 2,100 pounds of Lawfull Tobacco a Certaine piece or parsel of Land in the County of Essex and parish of So:farnham and upon one of the branches of Piscataway Creek Containing fifty acres & bounded as followeth Vizt Begining at a Spanish Oak corner of Thomas FitchJeffries runing thence North eight degrees East seventy five pole to a stake thence West twenty one degrees North one hundred and forty pole to a Gum standing in Bushes Mill swamp thence along the Swamp along ye sd Swamp [sic] to an ash, thence East 40 Degrees South two hundred pole to the begining, the Land being part of a pattent of Land formerly granted unto John Webster for one hundred and eighty nine acres, bearing date the 20th day of October one thousand six hundred and eighty nine & since his death did belong unto his daughter Mary Webster and she departed this life without making disposition thereof: now doth of right belong unto the aforsd John Dike & Judith his wife and William Bowler & Anne his wife as heirs appairant unto the said Mary Webster, alias Webb. Signed Jo: Dyke, William Boulware, Judith her E mark Dyke, Ann her A mark Boulware. Witnesses: Elias Dejournae, William his M mark Williamson, Ralph Turnner. On 20 April 1725 ordered to record. On 19 December 1736, Robert Leverite and Anne his wife of the parish of Southfarnham and County of Essex sold to Richard Bush of the same. For 1,500 pounds of tobacco, a parcel in the parish and county aforesaid upon the branches of Piscataway Creek containing fifty acres bordering Thomas Fitchjefry and Richard Bush, it being part of a Pattent of land formerly granted unto Jno. Webster for one hundred & Eighty nine acres bearing date the 20th day of October one thousand Six hundred & Eighty nine & Since his death did belong to his Daughter Mary Webster & She departed this life wthout making Disposition thereof; Then did the right belong unto John Dyke & Judith his wife & Wm Boulware & Anne his wife as heirs appairant unto ye sd Mary Webster, Alias Webb & now to ye sd Robert Leverite & Anne his wife by deed bearing date ye 20th of April in ye year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred & twenty five. Signed Robert his I mark Laverite, Anne her A mark Leverite. Witnesses: John Medley, John Broocke, Isaac Johnson. Memorandum delivered by turf and twig. On 15 February 1736/7, ordered to record.
