On 1 May 1724, Thomas Edmondson and Constant his wife and Charles Breedlove and Mary his wife of the County of Essex and parish of Southfarnham leased to Thomas ffitchjeffress of the same, for 10 shillings, 50 acres on Piscataway Creek. Signed Tho: Edmondson, Constand her C mark Edmondson, Charles Breedlove, Mary her m mark Breedlove. Witnesses: Wm Covington, Thos Crow. On 2 May 1724, this tract was released for 2,250 pounds of tobacco and cask, “Part of a pattent of one hundred & eighty nine acres of Land formerly granted to Mr Jno Webster deced and now doth of right belong unto the Said Constand Edmondson & Mary Breedlove as heirs from Mary Webb deced daughter of the aforesaid John Webster”.
