On 5 September 1666, James Fullerton of the County of Rappahannock granted unto his goddaughter Mary King of the Creeke of piscataway daughter of Richard King in the County of Rappahannock one Cow Yearling Swallow forked in the Right Eare & a Crop and an underkeele in the left Eare and a Slitt in the Crop. The will of James Fullerton of Piscatacon in the County of Rappa was dated 21 March 1677/8. Weak. “First my Will & desire is that my Two Daughters Mary & Hannah having Sore heads, have their Heads Cured & Satisfaction made for ye same”. Son James, not yet 16. Wife, not named. Well beloved friend Thomas Gaines to be executor. Signed James his (complex) mark Fullerton. Witnesses: Tho: Edmundson, Tho: Wheeler, James Boughan.
