Orators and oratrix Abner G. Bohannon and Mary E. his wife and her children and Chauncey G. Griswold trustee for Mary E. and her children. That in 1834 George M. Hundley died testate. He devised to your oratrix Mary E. one half of his estate for life and one half forever. That at her death the lands that were lent were to be equally divided between the children of Edwin Hundley and Thomas Hundley and that those children are infants. The children of Thomas are Thomas L., George A.W., Richard, and Benjamin Hundley. The children of Edwin are George E., Mary A., and Robert M. Hundley. In an undated petition, oratrix Virginia F. Dunn filed in Chancery Court. That her first husband Edwin Hundley died in 1837 leaving children Mary, Edwin and George. Edwin died intestate. George died soon after an infant without issue. Virginia F. then married James Dunn who has also died.
