On 19 November 1888, a deed was executed between Mary E. Campbell, Justin Derieux, Mollie M. Derieux, Peter T. Campbell and W. L. Campbell of the first part, H. W. Daingerfield trustee of the second part, and T. R. B. Wright of the third part. Whereas the parties of the first part have borrowed $60 of the said T. R. B. Wright and desire to secure him harmless, they sell the timber on a tract of land of which Peter T. Campbell died seized amounting to 146 acres more or less from the case of Owen v. Campbell.
