Muscoe Munday was mentioned in the 2 October 1811 will of his father, James Munday, proved on 17 November 1811. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 17, pages 325–326.]

On 4 January 1815, a division of the slaves belonging to the estate of James Munday was made by Micajah Munday, James Hunter and William Garnett, with equal distribution valued at $1,035.50 each to six legatees, to wit William Younger, Sally Munday, Edmund Munday, Thomas Munday, Muscoe Munday, and Mereday Munday. Ordered recorded on 16 January 1815. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 18, pages 99–100.]

Muscoe Munday was mentioned in the 14 November 1831 will of his uncle, Micajah Munday, presented in court 19 March 1832. I lend to wife’s niece Betsey Minter negro girl Judy and at her death I give her to my nephew Muscoe Munday. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 23, pages 102–105.]

Lends to brother Thomas Munday all estate if he emancipates my box Felix and pay annually to my niece Lucy Munday $20 for life. Upon the death of Thomas, all estate to Lucy. If she does not survive him, all to nephew Henry Munday. Thomas Munday to be executor. Signed Muscoe Munday. Witnesses: Richard Rowzee, B. D. Pitts, John Rowzee.
