The will of Mary Croxton of Essex County was dated 20 September 1823. To son Fielding Croxton all estate both real and personal, and after his death I give to said estate to his children should he leave any living to be equally divided among them — Should he leave no child nor children living at his death, Then I give all the land I got by the death of my father Thomas Crutcher decd. unto Samuel Doggins’s children to be equally divided among them.
