The estate of William Baynham in account with Alexander Somervail his executor and guardian of his sons from 1824 to 1825 was returned to court and ordered recorded on 19 September 1825. On 19 September 1836, Wm A Baynham, Virginia Baynham and Margaret Baynham were bound in the penalty of $60,000 for William A Baynham’s administration of the estate of John M Baynham, deceased. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 24, page 67.]

On 22 September 1837, Virginia Baynham, Margaret G. Baynham, and William A. Baynham, agreed that all such articles of the personal property of John M.
