The estate of William Baynham in account with Alexander Somervail his executor and guardian of his sons from 1824 to 1825 was returned to court and ordered recorded on 19 September 1825. To the widow (M G Baynham) Nancy and her four children, John, Charles, Hugh and Roberta, Susan, Henry, Winney, Henry, Peter, Elizabeth, and James. To Virginia Baynham (the Mother), Betsey and her four children Paul, Peter, Nancy & William Henry, and George; to William A Baynham the Brother, Dinah, Mary, Philip, John, George, Mary, Winney. On 22 September 1837, Virginia Baynham, Margaret G. Baynham, and William A. Baynham, agreed that all such articles of the personal property of John M.
