Albert G. O’Neale was mentioned in the 22 February 1835 will of his father, Thomas O’Neale, proved 16 March 1835. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 23, page 319–320.]

Albert G. O’Neale was mentioned in the 18 June 1835 will of John H. Brizendine: “I give to my friends Albert G ONeale and James Burke Six Hundred dollars in trust for the use benefit, support and mainteance of Judith Wares daughter Emily, during her life, and after her death to her child or children if any, and if none then to my friend James Burke”. Albert ONeale and James Burke to be executors. The will was proved on 20 June 1836. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 24, page 49.]

On 20 July 1835, Albert G. ONeale was bound in the penalty of $30,000 for his execution of the estate of Thomas L. O’Neale, deceased. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 23, pages 373–374.]

On 20 June 1836, Albert G. Oneale and James Burke were bound in the penalty of $7,000 for their execution of the will of John H. Brizendine. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 24, page 46.]

On 17 July 1837, Bevan D. Pitts, Reuben L. Pitts, Edward Wright, Wm. A. Wright, Albert G. Oneale, Lineus C. Gatewood, and David P. Wright were bound in the penalty of $150,000 for Bevan D. Pitts’s administration with the will annexed of the estate of David W. Pitts, deceased. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 24, page 140.]

On 30 May 1839, an inventory and appraisal of the estate of William Younger was made by Richard Rouzee, A. G. ONeale, and Edawrd Powers. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 24, pages 433–434.]

On 17 February 1840, Sarah J. Jones, Albert G. Oneale, Edward Wright and Edward Powers were bound in the penalty of $22,000 for Sarah J. Jones’s adminsitration of the estate of James W. Jones. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 24, pages 446–447.]
