Fanny Williamson and Abraham Williamson were mentioned in the 23 September 1805 will of Fanny’s father, Evan Davis, proved 21 October 1805. Abraham was to be co-executor. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 16, pages 384–385.]

On 20 September 1819, Abraham Williamson relinquished his right of executorship under the will of Elizabeth Williamson. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 19, page 67.]

The will of Abraham Williamson was dated 20 July 1826. To son Samuel Williamson that tract of land lying on the north side of the main road leading fom the Old bolting Mill to Fishers bridge. To son Howard Williamson all the land I got of my Fathers estate and the land I bought of Vincent Williamson and the land I bought of Luke Williamson and the land I bought of Lucy [Ludy?] Brizendine. If Howard dies before arriving at the age of 21, then his portion to return to the estate and be divided between my four daughters Letty, Emiline, Matilda and Susan. Three youngest daughters Emiline, Matilda and Susan. Grandson Grigory Davis. Samuel Williamson to be executor. Signed Abraham his x mark Williamson. Witnesses: John Dunn, George Gordon, Joseph his x mark Minter, James Crow, Uriah his x mark Cauthorn. Proved 19 May 1829. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 21, pages 374–375.]

On 19 May 1829, Samuel Williamson, Washington H Purkins, George Gordon and George Taylor were bound in the penalty of $600 for Samuel Williamson’s execution of the estate of Abraham Williamson. [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 21, page 376.]

The estate of Abraham Williamson, deceased, in account with Samuel Williamson, executor, from 1829 to 1831 was ordered recorded 17 April 1833. “Balance due the estate [$256.16] and which has been paid over to George Taylor Guardian of the Orphan’s of A Wmson decd. except the two insolvent bonds above stated”. “The balance has been paid over to George Taylor as Guardian for the children of the Testator by James Dunn admr. of S. WmSon Exr. as aforesaid.” [Essex County, Virginia, Will Book 23, pages 81–82.]
