Isaac Fisher was mentioned in the 9 February 1809 will of his father, James Fisher, proved 15 June 1812. To son Isaac Fisher the tract of land whereon I now live and a piece of woodland bordering Zachariah Shackelford, and negro men Will and Randolph.
