Croxton my farm, and my three daughters, Elizabeth C. Croxton, Mildred A. Croxton and Sarah L. Croxton, to remain on the farm I now reside as a home for them so long as they remain unmarried. To son James C. Croxton negro man Hiram and negro girl Lucelia. In the event of death or marriage of my wife, personal estate to be divided between my six children. Croxton, orphans of Carter Croxton, made choice of Lewis A. L. Lamkin as their guardian. On this same date, Lewis A. L.
