On 23 September 1868, Adolphus Smedberg late of Yonkers, Westchester County, but now of the City, County, and State of New York, sold to Thomas Moore of the Village of Yonkers. For $1,700, two lots or parcels of land in the Village of Yonkers designated on a Map of the Village of Yonkers surveyed and drawn by order of the Board of Trustees by Thomas C Cornell Civil Engineer first published November 1857 revised corrected and redrawn August 1875 by the Number (235) Two hundred and thirty five and (237) Two hundred and thirty seven on the Westerly side of Woodworth Avenue lately called Willow Street.
