On 24 March 1845, Beckwith Butler and Elizabeth his wife sold to Friar Sutton, all of the County of Westmoreland. For $126.25, a parcel of 52 acres, part of the land Beckwith Butler purchased of William Sutton. Signed Beckwith his x mark Butler, Elizabeth her x mark Butler. No witnesses.
