Robert Daniel was mentioned in the 27 February 1722 will of his father William Daniel. He received a share of Jemeco Land, a share in a feather bed, and a share in a slave named Kate. He was named an executor. [Middlesex County, Virginia, Will Book B, 1713–1734, pages 267–268.]

Robert Daniel was mentioned in the 24 January 1741 will of his brother-in-law John Carter. Robert received “my Broad Cloath Coast and Durey Waiscoat and my Pistols and holsters Saddle and Sword”.
