On 18 August 1750, Capt Samuel Peachey was mentioned as a bordering landowner in a sale of land in Southfarnham Parish, Essex County, from Jonathan Dunn of the parish of Southfarnham and County of Essex planter and Elizabeth his wife to James Boughan of the same.
