Elizabeth was mentioned in the 18 October 1701 will of her husband, Henry Pickett, proved 10 August 1702. “Item I Give unto my Loveing wife Elizabeth Pickett ye Lande which I nowe Live one dureing hir life allsoe the halfe of my parsnall Estate between hir & the Childe that she nowe goes with all the other halfe of my Estat to my Sonn William Pickett ordaining my Loveing wife & my two Sonns John & William Exectricke & Exectors of this my last Will & Testament.” [Essex County, Virginia, Deeds and Wills 10, page 117.]
