“Dr. Russell Dies At 73; Dentist
Dr. Harry J. Russell, 73, of 3204 School st., died Monday night of a heart attack in his home.
A native of Mitchellville, he had spent most of his life in Des Moines. For the last few years he had been manager of a dental laboratory.
He was a member of Central Christian church, Masonic lodge, Za-Ga-Zig shrine and Sioux City consistory. He was a graduate of Drake university college of dentristry.
Surviving are his wife, Cora; a daughter, Mary Alice; a son, Harry J., jr., Midland, Tex.; a brother, M. A., Philadelphia, Penn. and one grandson.” [Unmarked newspaper clipping.]
