On 17 December 1754, Benjamin Croxton son of James Croxton late of the County of Essex deceased of his own free will and by and with the Consent of John Croxton Senr his Grandfather, put himself apprentice to Class Castone of the same County Carpenter & wheel wright untill he shall attain the late of Twenty one years he being now about the age of Twelve Years.
