Your orator executed bonds to Jeffries and to secure payment executed a deed of trust conveying to Muscoe Garnett a tract and slaves. Muscoe Garnett is about to proceed with the sale. When Orville Jeffries sold him land, Orville Jeffries represented he was the sole owner. Richard J.
