On 13 July 1900, Helen H. Moore, daughter of T W and Catharine Moore, was baptised at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 401 North Patterson Park Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland. On 20 July 1900, Hellen Hannah Moore died at 726 N. Patterson Park Avenue in Baltimore City, Maryland. She was female, aged 8 days old, white. She had been born in Baltimore and had lived there for the duration of her life. Cause of death was Inanition, duration 8 days. Buried at Mt. Carmel Cemetery on 20 July 1900. Undertaker Wm S Fry. Physician’s signature on certificate of death is largely illegible: Jno? A? [illegible], of 1906 E Balto. [Baltimore City, Maryland, Certificate of Death B29084.]

Records of Mt. Carmel Cemetery state that Hellen Hannah Moore was buried on 21 July 1900 in Area O, Plot 221.
