On 14 August 1950, an obituary stated:
Mrs. Barbara Schneider
Mrs. Barbara Schneider, of 441 North Lakewood avenue, died early yesterday morning at a nursing home on Hilton avenue. She was 84.
Born in Baltimore, Mrs. Schneider spent her entire life here. Her husband, the late Charles J. Schneider, died in 1913.
She is survived by five children, Mrs. Katherine Stanton, of Baltimore; Frederick J. Schneider, of Chattanooga, Tenn.; Charles J. Schneider, of New York; Edward P. Schneider, of Baltimore, and Harry C. Schneider, of Ramsay, Scarlett & Co. There are also two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. tomorrow at a funeral establishment at Madison and Luzerne avenues. Burial will be in Oakmont Cemetery.
