On 17 November 1828, a report was ordered recorded in which Richard Baylor, administrator de bonis non with the will annexed of Robert Baylor, settled with William T. On 1 April 1853, Richard Baylor of the County of Essex and Lucy (formerly Lucy Waring) his wife sold to Frederick D. Wheelwright of the County of Westmoreland. For $500, a parcel of about 123 acres in Westmoreland County, which said land was conveyed on 13 July 1826 by Bushrod Washington Mary I. Lee, and by the said Lee to Robert P. Waring on 13 September 1838, and is held by Robert Baylor in right of his said wife Lucy from the division of the estate of the said Robert P. Waring.
