On 15 August 1765, John Nalle and Elizabeth his wife of the County of Culpeper sold to Benjamin Rowe of the same. For £120 current money, a parcel of land in the county aforesaid containing 180 acres bordering land of Richard Ship. Signed John Nalle, Elizabeth her x mark Nalle.
